Cantonese food festival at Radisson Blu Dhaka

DHAKA : Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden hosts “A Taste of Canton” ,the first ever Cantonese Food Festival in Bangladesh from August 10 to 19, offering food lovers a wide variety of Cantonese delicacies

“Cantonese” Cuisine is the Southern Style of the Broader Chinese Cuisine, lighter and with fresher flavours than Sichuan Cuisine. Fresh seafood steamed to perfection , silky home-made dim sums, golden peking style duck imported from Australia, Clay “beggars chicken”, double boiled soups are few of the signature delicacies being showcased at the festival.

Chinese Executive Master Chef Dylan XO in Collaboration with Radissons own Chef Jed Archdeacon will bring to guests a marriage of authentic and exquisite flavours matched with contemporary luxurious Cantonese style.

A raffle-draw with exciting prizes will take place for the guests of the Festival. Cathay Pacific is sponsoring two round trip tickets (Dhaka-Shanghai-Dhaka) and Radisson Blu Shanghai New World will provide two night stay for two as the Grand Prizes. Whereas, other winners will win two separate Huawei’s flagship P10 handset, two night stay for two in Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden, two night stay for two in Radisson Blu Chittagong Bay View among others.
