Grooming session for participants held in the city

DHAKA : Grooming session for the participants of the Meizan - Malaysian Palm Oil Shera Rondhonshilpi 2017 TV Reality Show was held today, Monday at the Hotel Abakash in the city. Forty participants, primarily selected from all over the country attended the session.

The grooming session included an opening ceremony followed by theritical and practical breifing for the participants which was conducted by the professional chefs of National Hotel and Tourism Training Institute(NHTTI), Hotel Le Meridien and Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden and celebrity culinary artists.

The opening ceremony was addressed by Kazi Wahidul Alam, Editor, The Bangladesh Monitor, Dr. Mahfuzur Rahman, Chairman, ATN Bangla and ATN News, Aktar Uz Zaman Khan Kabir, Chairman, Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation, Faisal Mahmud, Marketing Manager, Bangladesh Edible Oil Limited, Ziaul Bashar, Director, Sharif Group, Parvez A. Chowdhury, Principal, NHTTI among others.

Shooting of the competition to begin tomorrow at FDC, Dhaka. 14 episodes of the TV Reality Show will be telecast in ATN Bangla starting from September 9, 2017 at super peak time at night.

Meizan - Malaysian Palm Oil Shera Rondhonshilpi 2017 is jointly presented by The Bangladesh Monitor and ATN Bangla. Malaysian Palm Oil Council and Meizan Fortified Palm Olean are the Title Sponsors, while NHTTI is supporting the event as the Strategic Partner. Sharif Kitchen Stars and Meena Bazar are the kitchen and pantry partners respectively.

The annual premier culinary talent hunt competition started its journey in 2005 and for the forth time is being organised as the TV Reality Show.
