Memphis : Alan Graf, Chief Financial Officer of FedEx is to retire at the end of the year.
Mike Lenz, Corporate Vice President and Treasurer of the company will take over the CFO role in September while Graf stays on as Executive Vice President and Senior Adviser until the year-end.
